What proof of identity do we require?
Accepted forms of ID -valid Uk passport -valid passport issued by an European economic Area
-Valid uk driving licence
Accepted proof of Address dated within the last 3 months-bank or building society account-utility bill e.g gas,electric,water,mobile bill not included-
When will my car be collected- Our goal is to make vehicle scrapping hassle free providing prompt collection, once you have completed the online form we will contact you to arrange collection, we will contact you on the day to let you know our driver is on the way.
How and when do I get paid?
Payments for your vehicle are made either by bank transfer or cheque. We will collect your payment details when we arrange for the collection of your vehicle.
- Payments are typically processed within 24 business hours.
- If your vehicle is collected on a Friday, your payment may not be credited until the following Monday.
- Please note that due to legal restrictions, we cannot offer cash payments for scrap vehicles.
What happens to my car once you collect it?
If your car is still in roadworthy condition, we may attempt to find a buyer for it.
- If the car is deemed unsuitable for reuse, we may remove usable parts and sell them separately.
- The remaining vehicle will be taken to an authorized treatment facility, where it will be recycled and converted into scrap metal.
